YMSL Centre for Migration Studies is a specialised platform dedicated to advancing migration studies and building practical knowledge in migration-related fields. We offer short professional development courses, training, research, consultancy services, masterclasses and workshops for individuals and organisations interested in migration and immigration matters.

YMSL offers specialised training in migration-related areas. Our flagship programme is Immigration Consultancy and Practice, which provides practical knowledge of immigration procedures, permits, visas and consultancy practice. We also have additional specialised programmes in development, including Migration and Human Rights, Migration and Citizenship, Immigration Law and Practice, and Migration, Asylum and Refugee Protection.

YMSL offers short professional development programmes, and participants who meet the applicable course requirements receive a certificate of attendance or participation. YMSL is registered as an Educational Support Services provider and is not a university, college or TEVETA/HEA-accredited institution; therefore, its courses do not lead to academic degrees or automatically authorise a person to practise in a regulated profession.
