YMSL is a registered training platform under the laws of Zambia, with a primary focus on advancing Migration Studies.

With the overarching goal of promoting well-managed migration as a driver of development in Africa, YMSL offers specialized short courses and training programs in key areas of Migration Studies — including Migration and Human Rights, Immigration Consultancy and Practice, Immigration Law and Practice, Migration, Asylum and Refugee Protection. The Centre also offers a tailored course in Migration, Trade, and Investment, designed to support both African and foreign investors seeking to invest across the continent.

YMSL provides both online and in-person learning opportunities through short-term courses, one-on-one tutorials, masterclasses, seminars, public lectures, consultancies, and workshops — serving a wide range of stakeholders in the migration field, including legal practitioners, public officials, students, researchers, and investors.
